I received a call today from the Association VP, complimenting the new security company.  He said that he was stopped the other night as he was coming through the gate. 

The guard introduced himself and asked his name.  M...was happy to see that they were doing just what we wanted them to do.  He was very impressed at the guard's professionalism and attention to detail that we've requested.

I also wanted to thank you personally...I just found out from a neighbor that I drove off on Friday for the weekend and left my garage door wide open.  Apparently after seeing the door open for two days, the neighbor flagged down your patrol person, and she was able to pull the release cord and shut the garage door for me.  Please thank her for being proactive and securing my property.

Wednesday, the 11th of March, I called Security at 2:5 AM.  We are having an addition to our condo, which is not finished.  I heard from there a thundering noise and could see bright red sparkles through my door opening.  I thought someone was breaking in, or perhaps the house was on fire.
Two guards showed up - a man and a lady - and I want to thank them for their support, we would not find any trace of fire, or where the noise came from.
The sparkles and the noise came fro a power machine that had been left plugged in, and either a move from the earth or a gust of wind, had started it.  But is was a frightful experience for me.

I wanted to thank  your company for the quick response and support during our recent re-organizational efforts a few weeks ago.  Your quick reaction to our needs reminds me why I love doing business with you.  I also was shocked recently at how quickly your team was able to get a guard to the Indio site that was vandalized.  I believe we placed the call at 11:20PM and they had a guard there within 15 minutes.  I truly appreciate that quick response, as I was getting dressed to head that way and stand guard so that J.R could attend to a few other alarms at different sites.

I wanted to say thank you because for the most part in business and in our busy lives, we don't hear from ur customers until something goes wrong and I wanted to tell you "you did something right".
